Blockchain adoption is increasing; however complex technology remains a challenge. Everstake a global leader in staking and blockchain technology solutions, is addressing this issue with the launch of the Wallet SDK, an open-source toolkit that is designed to make the integration of staking available for developers even if they have no prior experience in the world of blockchain.
The newly introduced software development kit (SDK) named Everstake states that engineers can integrate staking features into wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and DeFi platforms very shortly. This SDK supports multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Aptos, Solana, Polygon, Cosmos, Babylon and Bitchain and acts as a method of integration via a JavaScript (JS) library or REST API commands.
“Staking integration is one of the biggest challenges for wallets,” said Bohdan Opryshko, COO at Everstake. “Designed by developers for developers, Everstake’s SDK streamlines this process, making it seamless and achievable in hours rather than days.”
Leading crypto wallets such as Trezor and Zengo have already adopted the Wallet SDK for the purposes of showcasing the real-world impact of the technology. The adoption of this technology is in keeping with Everstake’s bigger aim which is to promote blockchain education and also growth in the infrastructure offerings.
Founded in the year 2018 by blockchain engineers, Everstake operates across a total of 80+ networks and provides support to over 735,000 delegates across the world. The company continues to actively drive adoption of Web3, supports a number of projects like Wormhole while at the same time providing high uptime across its large-scale infrastructure.
The entry barrier for developers is going to be reduced due to the Wallet SDK supplied by Everstake which is going to reshape the staking landscape gradually from one integration at a time.
